• This Service is a data only sim card and as such it does not come with calls and text.However we recommended that you use data based apps such as Whatsapp , Viber , Skype , Messenger etc to make phone calls and send messages . You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make Local and International Phone Calls directly to landlines and mobiles
• The Network is provided by NTT Docomo (XI and FOMA )
• FDD-LTE BAND 1(2100MHZ)/BAND19(800MHz) must be supported on your phone
• WCDMA BAND 1(2100MHz) /BAND 19 (800MHz)
• You are required to set the APN information on your device in order to start the service.
• The usablity days are calculated using Japan Standard Time
• The Communication speed of this service is the theoritical speed and the speed can be changed by the connection status , the communication equipment and the network environment.

*Please count the days from the day you leave Australia to the day you arrive in Australia.

*Late fee of $25 a week will be applied if the device is not posted within 2 business days from your arrival.

*Please also note the following damage or lost fee.

*$100 deposit will be refunded in full when the device is returned to us without any damage.

*Delivery Fee: $17 (including return postage) is added if you need delivery
